About Hugill's

We're Not a Big Company. That's the Point.

Hugill's has been a fixture in this community for years — pumping septic tanks, delivering porta potties, and doing the kind of work most people don't want to think about. Now we're adding trash pickup to the list, and we're doing it the same way we've always done everything: reliably, honestly, and without a lot of fuss.

How We Got Here

My father started Hugill Bros in Westover, PA — a septic and porta potty service company built on a simple idea: show up when you say you will, do the job right, and treat people the way you'd want to be treated. That's it. No complicated pricing, no runaround — just honest work from people who live in the same community they serve.

Over the years, we've pumped septic systems, maintained drain fields, and kept porta potties clean and stocked at job sites, farms, and events all across Augusta County. We've built relationships with families and businesses who trust us to show up — and we've never taken that trust lightly.

Just like my father, Trash pickup is the natural next step. My father provided many years of clean and efficient service — and that same work ethic is in our DNA. Our trucks are already on these roads, our drivers already know your neighborhoods, and frankly, our customers kept asking. So here we are.

What We Stand For

Neighbor-First Service

We live here. We shop at the same stores, go to the same churches, and send our kids to the same schools. That means we have a stake in keeping this community clean and well-served.

Reliability Above All

In this business, showing up is everything. We've built our reputation on never missing a job — and we bring that same commitment to every trash pickup, every week.

Fair, Honest Pricing

No hidden fees, no bait-and-switch rates. What we quote is what you pay. We'd rather earn your business the right way than lock you into something you didn't sign up for.

Rooted in Augusta County

We're not a franchise or a regional chain. We're a local company that knows these roads, these neighborhoods, and these people. That local knowledge makes us better at what we do.

Community Is Why We Do This

Every service we offer — septic, porta potties, trash — exists to keep this community clean, healthy, and functioning. We're proud to be the company that handles the jobs nobody wants to think about, because those jobs matter. A clean community is a healthy community, and we're committed to doing our part.
